Step-by-Step Instructions to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to support@serviceond.com or privacy@anoqr.com with the subject: “Delete My ServiceOnD Data”.
- Include the mobile phone number and/or email address you used when booking home services or contacting us on WhatsApp/Facebook.
- If you connected via Facebook/Meta Login or a Meta Lead Form, include your Facebook Profile Name or the confirmation code provided during your interaction.
What happens after you submit a request?
- Identity Verification: Our support desk will verify that the request corresponds to the authorized owner of the contact number or account within 48 hours.
- Data Eradication: Within 30 days of verification, we permanently erase your name, address, phone number, WhatsApp chat logs, GPS coordinates, and customer history from our active application databases.
- Statutory Exclusions: Records of financial invoices and tax payments will be archived separately solely to comply with mandatory Indian accounting and GST audit laws, and will not be used for any other purpose.
- Confirmation: Once data deletion is completed, an email or SMS confirmation will be sent to notify you.
