• Service Booking Specifications: Service category requested (e.g., Home Deep Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning, Sofa Shampooing, Plumbing, Electrical Work), preferred dates and time slots, property size (BHK/sq. ft.), and special instructions.
• Payment & Transaction Information: Order ID, payment timestamps, amount paid, and transaction reference numbers. Note: We do not store sensitive card credentials, CVVs, or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are securely processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI)-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Cashfree and Razorpay).
